      The best decision I ever made!

      GREAT GREAT GREAT... We even took our 2 year old son & he sat & ate his whole meal while listening to the table to table mariachi band... It was my best Birthday dinner ever. Even my husband who isn't as into mexican food as I am had a great meal & most of all a great time......

      We have been a family dining hot spot since 1989 in Southbury, 2006 in Prospect and 2014 in Thomaston. With our sizzling atmosphere, Senor Pancho’s has been a favorite place for locals to experience the taste and feel of old Mexico. The chefs at Senor Pancho’s pride themselves on a variety of old style, family recipes to create a blend of authentic Mexican dishes, with a southwestern touch and a little American flair. Our menu currently features street tacos, weekend fish specials and classic sizzling fajitas. With a recent addition of our popular burrito bar ‘Burrito Express’ and our gluten free menu items, Senor Pancho’s is the perfect place to bring friends, family or clients for a taste of old Mexico. Our famous margaritas compliment any Mexican meal and they come in a variety of over 20 fruity and tropical flavors.
