I'm a regular. I'm there everyday. the staff is always friendly the service i get is top notch. I call in with large orders and small or just show up with the same i sometimes forget to include my own coffee but the crew there never forgets. if i stop on my way to work at the drivethru i usually get a "Hi Paul anything else today" they don;t even have to ask they just know. I've been to other stores, i'm told one is closer but i've been there and the coffee always tastes burnt or old. I've never tasted a bad cup from prospect DD. I highly recommend Prospect Dunkin to all for a good cup and a friendly smile. I don't know if the staff will see this but so you know it's sm FV ice LT/5 equals/ whipped cream

I went there when visiting relatives. The service was horrible, was not given the right order, and my coffee was the worst I've ever had at any Dunkin Donuts. I was horrified by all of it. I would never recommend this Dunkin Donuts to anyone and have further told my family to stay away from there. I'm glad they've listened to me. Come to find out.....they've had similar experiences there, also.
