PLate is a fun and focused adventure built on deep friendships, a sense of family, and our proud community. ​We started with a 1900's farmhouse on South Main and very diverse backgrounds and skills. The common denominator became our passion for doing things the right way, whether designing a unique building, preparing a distinctive dish, or stirring a signature cocktail. ​OUR MISSION at PLate has been clear from the start: To create a branded, upscale American eatery in downtown Prior Lake known for consistently producing distinctive high-quality food and beverages for its community of customers.
