Redding Circle Housing has toxic mold. The Housing Authority of the City of Elizabeth, who manages these properties, are knowingly allowing residents to be sickened and become ill. PHA is aware of the toxic mold issues and storm water flooding that is compromising the health of the residents living in these buildings. No measures are being taken to remediate these problems and residents health and livelihood are being endangered because of the lack of maintenance and poor conditions of these buildings. The PHA Board and Princeton Township are aware of the issues. Nothing gets fixed, just patched. Had to give one star.
