Kelter & Gilligo Consulting Engineers, Inc is located in Princeton Junction, New Jersey. For over twenty-five years, we have been providing the highest quality of mechanical and electrical engineering services throughout the northeastern United States. From the outset, we have devoted ourselves to the application of reliable engineering techniques for the construction and renovation of commercial, corporate, educational, industrial, and institutional facilities. Our staff includes a multi-talented group of engineers, designers, drafters and technicians who have extensive experience with complicated mechanical, electrical, and fire protection system designs. Our diverse backgrounds and professional experiences enable us to approach problems with flexibility, practicality, imagination, and knowledgeable insight. We are members of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers ( ASHRAE ), the National Society of Professional Engineers ( NSPE ), the National Fire Protection Association ( NFPA ), the Building Officials & Code Administrators ( BOCA ), and the U.S. Green Building Council ( USGBC ). Mr. S. Louis Kelter was elevated to the grade of Fellow by the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers ( ASHRAE ) in 1995 and was elected President of the College of Fellows in 2002. Mr. Kelter was Chairman of the ASHRAE committee that rewrote the chapter on "Museums, Libraries, and Archives" for the 1999 Applications Handbook.
