I enjoy this little gem, hidden in a small shopping plaza, the food is traditional fare made fresh with quality ingredients. The menu has the typical Chinese food you would pick up in any other restaurant but it is made quite differently and will surprise you. The menu also has non-traditional dishes not covered in the average Chinese restaurant. Many of the patrons are from the Far East looking for a taste of home and getting it served up hot by a friendly staff. I would recommend the Hot Wok to anyone but be advised they are closed one day a week on Mondays.
