Frequent shopper at this location. Most of the time staff is friendly and helpful. Returned a large ticket item that didn't work for us in exchange for a more expensive item. Manager asked who returned the item. Customer Service associate identified me as the guy that was here for hours last week. Didn't appreciate hearing the conversation and not receiving an apology when I confronted the staff. Unprofessional and unsympathetic to a frequent shopper who often makes large purchases.
