This place is one of the worst places to work. They don't warn you of the dangers you get into when working for them. When you are an employee they believe you have no rights to defend yourself against the (consumers) that do get violet. There are nothing but back stabbers and lair's in this company. You deal with more drama at this place then at a fast food restraint where you work with a lot of teenage people. They tell you that they are committed to help these people succeed in life and its your job to teach these people how to live independently. it has been my experience that this is UN-true. They assign goals in which these consumers enjoy doing. It does not teach them anything. It makes me very sad to know that these peoples lives are in the hands of the people who's greed is far grater then the need to help them succeed in life to their full potential.
