Our Lennox computer board went out during the winter of 2008 on a weekend. We called the company that installed it and got an answering machine. We then called Don Schmitt and Son, also got an answering machine, but Don called back he was on his way home from Florida and said he could be there the next morning. He was and fixed it. The next year we bought a new Trane system in 2009. A bigger and better unit than our 1994 Lennox system was. The Trane was a high efficiency 2 stage unit which they recommended. Our winter gas bill was cut in half. We have since moved to a different town. I am considering giving them a call to see about installing a new Trane in our current house while the rebates are still in effect this year.
