I have been going to Calvert Internal since I was 12, I am now 41& I have never had an appt. cancelled or had any problems at all. The Prince Fred. office is VERY busy so I do go to Dunkirk also.. I have never had a problem getting a same day visit when I needed it.

Avoid this med group at all cost. Dont even try to make an appt as a new patient. Their phone staff obviously does not care about patients. They cancel appts without telling patients and they dont are if you cant get another appt scheduled do to their error. If their Dr act like their phone staff I feel sorry for their patients. Avoid this place.
