I brought in 4 bridesmaids dresses for a simple hem. When the girls tried on the dresses after being hemmed, they were all WAY too long (dragging the floor with their shoes on). I immediately contacted the seamstress to explain the dilemma. I was asked to bring the dresses back to the shop, which I did. Unfortunately, I was met with hostility. The seamstress argued that we had asked for the dresses to be that length, which we did not. She then tried to argue that we had forgot to bring the girls shoes during the last appointment, which was FALSE. All the girls tried on the dresses with their shoes (being the bride, I made sure of that!) Finally, the seamstress agreed to fix the dresses... for an extra $20 per dress. I thought that was pretty unreasonable considering we had already paid $70 per dress and the hems were all wrong. Very, very upsetting experience. We decided to go elsewhere to have the dresses fixed. My suggestion is... DON'T GO HERE!

Brought in a dress to be altered. They did an awesome job! I would definitely recommend this business.
