to hire total home inspection (t.h.i.) all customers must respond to an online form.

in this form the customer is told that if they agree t.h.i will share their personal contact data w/ companies offering services of various types but there is no option to accept or decline this sharing.

scrolling down the form at the bottom there's a button to go to the next page. if you don't click that button the form is considered blank & a customer can't hire t.h.i.

as all t.h.i. customers must, i clicked next (not accept or agree) to hire t.h.i. on 7/16/18.

over the next few days i was bombarded by solicitations thru email & phn from companies offering the dumbest services i've ever heard of including one that for a fee will keep a checklist of what must be done in order to move.

no one needs to pay a company to keep a checklist like that. it's the dumbest moving service i've ever seen.

another thing they do is, for a fee, evaluate your checklist & refer you to various other companies who will charge you for services they offer. oh, and these so called services are said to offered for free but are clearly not free.

i got many emails advising me that jack jackson signed me up for memberships at different websites & sent emails to jack jackson & every company w/ whom i had thru no action of my own become a member demanding that all my personal info be deleted. several companies deleted my accounts then i got another email from one of these companies stating that jack jackson had signed me up again 2 hrs after my account was deleted.

i sent another email to jack jackson saying he needs to stop signing me up for accounts after i unsubscribed from them.

the notifications kept coming so i sent a cease & desist letter threatening a lawsuit if jack jackson didn't stop sharing my personal info.

after a couple days i finally got 1 msg from jack jackson with a 1 line response that i took as obnoxious and unapologetic but at least the harassment finally stopped.

Jack was professional and friendly. He thoroughly answered all of our questions. At the end of the inspection he gave us a binder that included a copy of the full report, which included color photos. This was extremely helpful! Thanks Jack!
