Many times we go throug the drive thru for a quick bite to eat for our guys at work- constantly something is always left off as fast food places go at times, sure it happens. However today we went and there was no one behind me but they were speeding me right through the fast process to meet there goals- they took my order and Nathan who says he was the manger who did my order said that he have to review the film to see what was going on during that time and why they did not for filled my paid order. When I offered to pay for my tea I had order he said no problem when I ask for a tray that slowed him down - when I brought the lunch back for the guys well baked potato no sour crme and no chili as ordered!!! Seems so simple and easy - but at this location they seem to get it wrong more times than not.It is a local restaurant and I am sure we may wind up there again, but unfortunate we will be there just that last place I take the order from work too. Anyhow Nathan not good job!

I recommend this Wendys on Glassford Hill in Prescott Valley because the employee's are pleasant when talking to you and the seating area where you eat is always maintained. I rate the food quality a 8.5 out of 10 basing it on taste and temperature :-)
