The internet Speed is terrible, especially for online gaming. Download speed of .26 mbps with an upload speed of .28 mbps right now based off of speedtest, a reliable internet testing website. Have called multiple times and nothing has changed. Download speeds never get above 1 mbps, which is terrible. Very unimpressed.

I've had to call them a couple times, once with a router problem (Linksys router I bought from WalMart) and another time with a billing question.They were helpful and their techs are local which i like. Internet works when I need it... no problems so far. I have seen the cable company offers faster service in my area now but it's expensive and this works fine for me.

It looks to me like this company provides Internet access but is really lacking in all other areas. I have had several ISP's and everyone had a better home page and acces to information. They have no instructions about obtaining or setting up your e-mail. I have never been requied to call tech support and have them set up my mail accounts and passwords. It appears the onlly mail service is webmail, they have no information on the use of email client servers. To say they provide no documentation on any services, would be correct. I can say without reservation this business is really lacking in all areas, except the Internet Access.

Internet is great when it works, customer service however is horrible!!! You can never get in touch with anyone in the office, whether it's to ask a question, pay your bill or even start service! You would think that a "high tech" company would have a better answering service. Ridiculous. I guess you really do get what you pay for....
