My clothes were sopping wet after a wash cycle. I asked that the attendant put them through another spin. She blamed me for the problem and turned and walked away. I had to literally wring out water from the load. I spent a fortune trying to dry 4 loads of clothes. The dryers were not very hot, so I kept checking for status. She said if you keep slamming the doors you pay for repairs and damages. You're on camera and will be charged with tresspassing if you ever try to come in here again. I reminded her that she was also on camera and that I wouldn't think of using this laundry again. When we asked for the owner's name and phone number, she refused to give it. When we got in our vehicle to leave, she followed us outside and screamed 'have a nice day.' Threatening your customers is bad business practice. After spending at least $15 there, I had to take the four loads to another laundry to finish drying them. I spoke to two other customers at the other laundry who had similar experiences with surly and rude staff.
