It is so very refreshing to come across a doctor and his staff that are the wonderful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The waiting time is minimal. Weve been to the office multiple times now and each visit is the same refreshing experience. Dr. Nelson has been extremely patient in answering all my questions to make sure I am comfortable with the procedures. When I felt I needed to wait a few months to have them done, instead of putting pressure on me to have it done sooner, he told me that whenever I was ready hed work it into his schedule. There was absolutely no pressure (Seriously!). They are warm, friendly, relaxed and I get the feeling from everyone that they genuinely care (Gasp!). I really cannot give a review that expresses in words how appreciative we have been for this wonderful and refreshing experience. All of you are an excellent model of caregiving. Thank you sincerely.
