My husband was diagnosed with having mini-strokes and was referred to this practice. Six days later we have still not been able to make an appointment. First claimed they did not get necessary paperwork and would call referring GP ang get back to us. Waited several days, no contact. Call back after verifying paperwork was sent. Didn't receive all paperwork. We'll call you when we get it. GP's office confirmed all was sent again. A day later, still nothing. Cannot comment on doctor, but definitely question office staff. Really stupid in this day and age. Will move on to someone better organized.
