We offer Hot Yoga, Nutritional and Lifestyle Counseling, FAR Infrared Sauna Sessions, Lymphatic and Chair MassageTherapy, and a full line of nutritional support, all professionally designed to target your unique needs. We also offer private yoga sessions and therapeutic yoga sessions, for those with special medical considerations or injuries. You will receive the personalized attention you need to support your journey whether it is getting back into your favorite skinny jeans, feeling more energized and balanced, handling life’s stress with ease, or just getting a total mind/body workout that leaves you in bliss.

Our team of credentialed yoga, health, nutrition, and fitness certified professionals will provide all the support you want, need, and deserve. Our team includes a board certified naturopath and clinical nutritionist with a Master’s of Science in nutrition as well as a Registered Nurse, author, and wellness coach with national certification and extensive experience in nutrition, physiology, and personal training. Our other instructors have impeccable yoga credentials and working knowledge of physiology. Our teams’ combined practice experience spans more than three decades.
