Provided by DexKnowsI have always found this company to be one of the best around. The one star is just a unappeasable person I am sure because AZ Heating & Cooling would bend over backwards to fix any issue period. Please do not pay any attention to the review below period. The service charge is $75.00 whether it take 10 minutes or an hour and it is right in range with all other company's in town... Starla Ryer at B&R Estate Liquidation www.brestateliquidation.com

Provided by DexKnowsJust read the one star review with disappointment. We have been dealing with this company since 1994, as theyprofessionally installed our heating system and have maintained it's efficientcy ever since. Like all buisnessesthey have several employees and new ones come and goI suppose. But I find it hard to believe, that this long term experienced profesional company would be employing un-experienced boys and girls to represent them. When everI have asked them to do any service or check on the smallest detail they have always met our needs professionaly. Don' t judge them by......SOUR GRAPES.I give them at least (4 stars) and hold the other back to give'sour grapes', the benefit of doubt. Bob & Ruth

Provided by DexKnowsI would like to share my experience with anyone considering using the "services" of ARIZONA HEATING AND COOLING PRESCOTT 6th STREET.If you Love your family READ THIS.Uni-gas tagged the heater in my home. They were concerned about the creamy yellow color of the flame. My landlord phoned this company for repair. This was on a Friday, late afternoon. The little boy they sent spent very little time looking things over. He did mention that "they would be closing for business soon". He claimed that the heater was emitting carbon monoxide and tagged it as well. Then of course, he got out as quickly as he could. After all, it was closing time! Now here I am with no heat, but I can go to their office and get a couple electric heaters to use in the mean time. "But better hurry, we're closing". No offer to bring them back, give us a chance to pick them up, just "better hurry if you want heat." Wowww.....When my brother went in to pick up the heaters, he was treated terribly. No "hello, how may we help you", but instead, "what are you here for?" When he told the little girl why he was there she said "Well you're standing right next to them". Oh OK, so he was just to walk in and take them with no explanation huh? Nothing unusual since customer service is virtually non existent anymore. What a hateful little girl...I use the terms little boy and little girl for obvious reasons. Over the weekend, it was darn cold in the house, but huddled around the electric box, we made it through! Not before ending up with pneumonia!!! By Tuesday, my landlord had been put off several times, for assorted reasons from "we have to order the part" to "you should buy a NEW heater"! The bottom line was that they thought my landlord should get a brand new heater for $1400. How convenient. My landlord said, enough is enough, let's get another opinion. So they contacted TDK COMFORT SYSTEMS. WOW. What a HUGE difference!!! The guy was thorough, not in a hurry and made CERTAIN all was well before he left annnnnnd actually cared!!!Turns out, there was no problem other than the heater needed a good cleaning!!! Thus the creamy yellow flame. There was NO carbon monoxide leak like the little boy said and several tests CONFIRMED this. (oh but tests take TIME and EFFORT). He just wanted to get going, it was Friday evening after all. Wonder if that little boy would mind spending 5 nights with no heat simply because someone was ready to be off work. Yeah, that's nice, let's just tag this so I can go home. Need heat? Gee that's too bad, WE ARE CLOSING. DANGEROUS.The same day TDK made themselves readily available to help, my landlord contacted the little girl in the office to let them know what we had learned and was treated even worse! No apologies whatsoever, just HATEFUL attitude. And "we are done with this".Then I received a phone call from what I "think" was the owner, but not certain. He didn't identify himself other than a name. How interesting. He stated none too nicely, that "they have other people who need the use of those heaters". Oh WOW, now there's a BIG surprise!!! More people left with out heat!!!! Hmmm.... must be their specialty. This "man" who showed up was much older, but was just as much a little boy as the first one. When I stated that I had ended up sick, and it turned out all it needed was a cleaning, he did nothing but stand there and make excuses. Not once did he make any kind of apology or amends, just "I'll talk to him" with an attitude.Folks, if you care about your loved ones, AVOID this "company", they do NOT care about you or your family. Your safety is NOT their top priority. Their priority is to get as much $ out of you as quickly as they can. BEFORE closing time of course. Pathetic and DANGEROUS.These are "people" who clearly have no grasp of what the Golden Rule means.
