It was the first pedi I ever had and had the worst sevice. I had to cut just about all of my nails myself when I got home because they were all cut at an angle and had sharp points.It was a Valentine's present from my boyfriend and I was very disappointed in even their customer service there was none! If I ever decide to do it again I will not go back there

I wanted to get a facial to clear my face up because I'm already insecure about my acne and I also have a wedding to be at in two weeks and my birthday is in three weeks. I went to perfect nails and spa (my mistake) and got a facial by the "esthetician" and I got extractions at the end of the facial. Thanks to her I have black scabs all over my face which turned out to be empetigo (form of staff infection) which is highly contagious! I spent well over 200 dollars at the doctor and have been out of work for 8 days. Needless to say the scabs WILL scar.
