I am a Louisiana transplant living in North Carolina. One of the things I miss besides family is the food and flavors. I have tasted, no, savored your "swampfire seafood boil" - SPECTACULAR! This fabulous flavor was not available here, that I could find. I have enjoyed Zatarains's but nowhere near as much as your excellent swampfire, no comparison. The very best to my taste! Now I have had some "swampfire", I don't think I can get enough! I hope you market this widely here because I think it will put the rest to shame.
