This place is awful, they never answer the phone, and even when you join with a month to month contract they never let you cancel until your contract is up, and even when your contract is "up" they continue to charge you after you ask them not to. They have awful customer service, if you leave a message. Don't expect a call back either. You have to actually drive there if you want to talk to them, but don't believe what they say, because obviously they don't follow through with it.
