      General Info
      People seek therapy for many reasons. Facing personal struggles alone or without success can become very burdensome. It's hard to ask for help sometimes, but receiving support can be a powerful experience to create positive change and movement towards your desired state. We are all unique and experience countless things in life that might compel one to seek therapy. Common things I help treat in therapy are: depression, anxiety, grieving, stress, major life changes, loss of relationship, and traumatic experiences. I also provide couples work and have worked with many diverse couples in all stages of relationships. I can help you and your significant other get back to where you'd like to be. Some common things I see in couples therapy are: loss of intimacy, feeling alone, chronic arguing, feeling misunderstood, relationship stagnation and a variety of other issues as well. If you are struggling with something personally or in your relationship, therapy may help get you back on track.
