They are fast and are willing to help you pack. I wasn't impressed with the price compared to the quote that i received. I had some damage to an item and i'm still waiting to here back if i get some compensation for their accident (I had the standard insurance that they offer). I give them a 2 1/2 rating now. If i hear back from them for some cash reimbursement compensation, i will give them a four star rating. Until then...it's up in the air at this point.
