We used Southwest Bus Service to take a bus full of Exchange Students to the Mall of America. The company was wonderful to work with and the driver was exceptional. Apologize for forgetting his name. We had very lousy weather coming home but felt we were in very capable hands the entire time. Would definitely use Southwest Bus Service again in the future and would 100% recommend the company and it's employees.
