Leanne is the best! The decision to sell was emotional for me because some things had a high sentimental value and others were the leftovers of a hard marriage and divorce. Leanne handled all of my items (and my issues) with care and made the process an easy one. The offers were generous as well as fair and the conversation was great. i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended because Knox Gold Exchange took the time to price all of my grandfather's silver and gold coins that I received in his estate. She could not have been more helpful, kind, and patient (since I had 2 suitcases worth.) I highly recommend Knox Gold Exchange to any and everyone. Not only do they take the time and effort to assist you, they will (on diamond rings, etc.) also tell you other avenues that you may possibly get more money. This place not only is the best, but I did my research and they definitely pay the highest around!

My friends told me that I had to go there so I headed out there and stopped at another place on the way-not because I don't trust my friends but because I had to educate myself a bit on what I was doing. Sure enough, they paid me 362.00 more than the other place said.Also, extremely nice. I will tell everyone to go there.

I shopped 2 other places that are well known in town but I just didn't seem happy with what I heard so I waited. My friend later told me about this place and even though it seems out of the way, the money I saved was well worth it. I definately think you should check this place out. I was very impressed by this place. I arrived just as they were scheduled to close but no one seemed to mind, I wasn't rushed and didn't feel unwelcome. They had a great staff and good sense of humor. They gave me great advise on some pieces I had as well as said I would do better selling it someplace else. I was impressed. It is no wonder that the owner was on the front page of the newspaper and that this place is always be recognized by the news as paying the most for your gold. They were exceptional and I will tell everyone to see them. It's amazing how much a little bit of caring can take you! (They also happened to quote much higher than anywhere else that I went except for one place that quoted just a bit lower but their place was very dirty and the guy was very rude) I will be back!

I can not believe the honesty and consideration that these people have here. She actually told me NOT to sell a piece of my jewelry because it wasn't as beneficial to sell it. They were so helpful and I will definately be back. I only wish that it was a bit closer, I drove from Sevierville. However, I will make the drive ANY time I have something else to sell or get appraised.
