Established in 1983, the Smoky Row Children's Center is a child care facility and accepts children in the age group of 6 weeks to 10 years. Based in Powell, Ohio, it offers full-time programs all year round, along with a part-time preschool, which follows the Olentangy School calendar. The center conducts a variety of learning and developmental courses for infants, toddlers, preschoolers and kindergarten students. It also organizes summer camps for school children. The Smoky Row Children's Center has received accreditation through the National Association for the Education of Young Children.
