We specialize in building Sunrooms, Porches, Decks, Gazebos, Basements and Room Additions. All projects are custom designed to your budget by the company s owner, Matt Pomeroy, who has been designing projects since 1983. Some examples of why our product is superior: Stainless steel screws instead of galvanized nails. Galvanized bolts and lags instead of zinc. On screened porches, $200+ aluminum screen doors are standard instead of $50 wood doors and 1814 pool and patio screen instead of lower cost standard fiberglass screen. Our average lower deck has 12 posts and 160lb footers compared to the 4 posts and 60lb footers that are standard with other builders. Our average higher deck has a 6&8243;x6&8243; post upgrade with 240 lbs of footers compared to 4&8243;x4&8243; posts and 60lb footers that are standard with other builders. 1 Premium decking instead of 2 grade. Standard 2&8243;x8&8243; joists/rafters, 16&8243; on center instead of 2&8243;x6&8243;, 24&8243; on center. Sol id risers on steps are standard compared to open risers.
