Services didnt come off as expensive as some of the other locksmiths in Poway, CA. In fact, I only paid up half of what others would have charged me for a lock and handleset installation. Smith was extremely polite, and clearly explained the various options before I made my pick. I wont have to think twice before calling Smith and the other locksmiths from Poway Locksmith Store. Theyre simply amazing and are no doubt the best in the entire Poway, CA area.

I chose Poway Locksmith Store based online reviews. I needed my locks re-keyed on my new house. I called this evening at about 6:00 pm, and by 7:45 the job had been completed. James called back within a few minutes, and Mike came over within about 45 minutes of my call. I had 4 knobs and 3 deadbolts re-keyed, and the total cost was less than I was expecting when I called. The woman who answered the phone was friendly and efficient. James was friendly when he called to inquire about my needs, and Mike, who came to my home, was professional and friendly as well. If I were to need their service again, I would definitely give them a call.

Poway Locksmith Store quickly coordinated a time for the service call on my schedule. The locksmith showed up right on time and the lock replacement took only 15 minutes. Everyone I spoke with my polite and professional. They came prepared and got the job done right. I'm very happy with their work, and would use them again.
Simply awesome. Lost the keys to my car and didn't have a replacement. Called in the morning and received a call back from Paul. He came that afternoon, on time and even called ahead to let me know he was 20 minutes away. Very nice guy and after calling other dealerships for prices, he was reasonable and much more convenient than having to tow my car to the dealership.He was also efficient and knew exactly what to do, and was in and out in 20 minutes. I have to say that these guys went above and beyond. I got locked out of my boyfriend' car and he was out of town. They tried more than 30 key palmutations before they got it, at a cost loss to themselves. They were champs. Highly recommend Poway Locksmith Store.

This is proof that you shouldn't call any service provider without checking Online first. Saw the reviews on Poway Locksmith Store and prayed they would service in Poway, CA. My Medico lock became misaligned and we knocked it clear off when we slammed the door. Called Poway Locksmith Store. They are, courteous, professional and honest (yes, I said HONEST) and did't take advantage of someone because they were in a vulnerable position. You know a business is done right when they give a reasonable time frame and actually arrive earlier than expected. Great service, very knowledgeable, positive attitude, and best of...........they came when it close to closing time on a weekday. Who would of thought Dave and his sidekick Scott (hope I got his name right) came the night I called them and the next day to replace the counterfeit lock with a great sturdy heavy duty lock he recommended!!!!!!!! It's been almost 3 months and no issues. Why cut yourself short when you can get things done right and get better quality products and service (worth it). I have recommended this locksmith business to other establishments I know of, cheers to you Dave and Scott. Poway Locksmith Store are the best in Poway, CA.
