Founded in 1986, Gravitec Systems Inc. is a provider of a full range of fall protection and rescue products. Located in Bainbridge Isle, Wash., the firm also offers a host of fall protection services, such as training, engineering, testing, consulting and equipment sales. It is a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers, American Wind Energy Association and Society of Professional Rope Access Technicians. Some of its products include harnesses, connectors, rescue systems, ropes, anchors, helmets and pulleys. The firm supplies products of a number of manufacturers, including DBI-SALA, Elk River, Miller by Sperian, Petzl, PMI and Yates, among others.
