COUPLES COUNSELING: I received my masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Chapman University. I then trained for over 2 years at the Marriage Recovery Center learning specialized skills for working with couples in crisis. I enjoy working with couples to improve communication and create a safe and loving connection. Some of the issues I address are: - poor communication - co-dependency and abuse - parenting conflicts - addiction - affairs - intimacy problems - grief and loss - poor boundaries - mental illness in the family INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING: I always appreciate joining someone on their journey of personal growth for repair.
