Each time I go to the Purple Parlor Car Wash, I receive wonderful service. I had my car detailed, and I swear my car looked like a brand new car! I've gone to other car washes and the cost of the detailing is always over $100 ... not here! It's reasonably priced for the amazing service. Thank you Purple Parlor! One disclaimer - sometimes the automatic washes give a small problem, but the owner is quick to help with a free wash! Excellent customer service!

This is the most hilariously terrible car wash I have ever used. The first time I wasted my money here I used the hose for 2 minutes after swiping my card and it charged me 2 separate transactions: one for $6 and one for $10. Nobody that can be reached to ask about this and no disclosure at the kiosk. The second time was this morning, I just wanted to rinse salt off for one minute but was forced to pay $3 for 4 minutes. They do not offer a hot rinse... so not only did the water turn to ice the second it hit my car and not clean it, but the floors of my bay were covered in ice and I almost slipped many times. Is this car wash not supposed to be used in the winter time? Stay away.
