Jewish Community Center of Dutchess County provides social, educational, recreational and cultural programs to children and adults. Located in Poughkeepsie, N.Y., the center offers a range of walking group and hop-healthy programs. It also offers a series of aquatic and fitness programs which include dance and jazzercise for students. Additionally, the community center provides several extracurricular classes in yoga, cooking, science, art, karate, woodworking, drama, creative movement and sports skills. Jewish Community Center of Dutchess County also organizes various summer camps for children.
