very knowledgeable and friendly---better than the chain stores any day

LOVE this store! I have been purchasing feed for all my animals from both the Hyde Park location and Poughkeepsie location for over 20 years! Always accommodating and always to help me identify exactly the right product.

everytime i call they are rude talking to someone else while i am online asking a question , when i go into the store they never have what i go in for ,i will continue to go to blue seal where the staff is attentive and if they dont have it will order it in a few days and will stick it as a permenat item i will continue to be thier customer for thier service as well as great prices feeds plus is overpriced . get some management courses .......

Excellent store with many high quality pet food products. Store owner and staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. I'm glad they are located near me. I shop there often. Oh and their prices will beat most other stores.
