We specialize in providing a personalized and exceptional experience for our clients on the day of their event. With packages starting under $1,000 we can cater to any budget and payment plans are available.

Base Fee: $500 This fee represents shooting for a small event, such as a corporate event or party. This fee is subject to change based on event size and clients specific needs. Wedding Ceremony Base Fee: $1,000 This fee represents shooting the wedding ceremony; along with photos of the wedding party and family after the ceremony. Reception fee: $250 and up. This fee represents shooting at the wedding reception for the remainder of the event. This includes cocktail hour candid photos, receiving line, dances etc. Price is based on time spent at the reception and the size of the wedding. If shooting is limited to reception only, the base ceremony fee will be applied in place of the reception fee. Bride/Groom Prep: $250 This fee includes shooting bride and/or groom prep the day of the wedding at their residence or hotel. Engagement Photos: $250/$500 Engagement photos will be given a $250 discount when included in a wedding package. Rehearsal dinner or Engagement party: $250/$500 This fee covers 2-4 hours of shooting for a rehearsal dinner or and engagement party and there is a $250 discount when included in a wedding package. Assistant fee: $500 For larger events requiring an assistant this fee will be included to cover the additional cost. We can provide up to three photographers for large events. Printing services: $250 and up. Basic package Includes 10 8/10" images, 10 5/7" and 20 4/6" images. Additional prints are available as needed and range from $5-$45 per print. Print sizes are available up to 17/22". Quotes for albums are available depending on client needs. Image Package: $350 and up This package transfers ownership of the images to the client. This allows the client to post the photos to social media as well as utilize the printer of their choice. This base fee represents a wedding with less than 100 final images in JPEG format. Larger events with more images or RAW format images will be priced accordingly and will be agreed upon within the contract. Traditional photography services: $350 and up. My services also include 35mm black and white traditional photography as well as large format 4/5 black and white photography. Printing packages start at $5 a print. Additional costs may be added based upon the needs of the client. Our services require a 50% downpayment upon signature of the contract and full payment by the day of the event.* These fees represent all shooting and all necessary editing. This price is subject to change depending on many factors such as travel costs, and equipment rentals. For a portrait session the fees will vary based upon the volume of images expected and time shooting/editing. Portrait sessions usually require more careful editing, so for a two hour shoot I usually plan on about two hours of editing as well. For photoshop work I charge $75 an hour for most tasks. You will be provided with an estimate before work is started and this estimate reflects the time I will spend, generally within an hour of what you will be billed. All prices posted on AdamPatanePhotography.com are base estimate packages. Final pricing will be agreed upon by the company and client; they will be detailed in the final contract. *If payment is via check, it must be payed in full 30 days before the event.
