We called Chase Toppers with an out of state request. We needed to order a cover for our masonry chimney which had cracked cement that had left wood exposed. We needed the cover to arrive before the heavy rains did to prevent rot. Kim and Paul instructed us on how to make accurate measurements over the phone. We sent off the order form with the measurements and a couple of photos, and received the chase cover the next day. It was made to our exact measurements, and fit our chimney like a glove. Chase Toppers installed new chimney covers on two of our neighbors' homes. We were having problems with leaking in our chimney and our old covers were rusted and unsightly. Since our neighbors' chimney covers looked so nice we gave them a call. We ordered stainless steel covers, and Chase was able to paint them as required in our community. They came out and installed the new covers within a couple of weeks. This company is such a pleasure and the covers have a lifetime manufacturer's warranty. We highly recommend them.

Don't just go to the "local chimney guy". These folks are the absolute best at what they do. We called them when we noticed rust running down our chimney, just like the pictures on their website. It turns out that we had water leaking INSIDE our chimney and didn't even know it! Chase Toppers corrected the problem with a stainless steel chimney top that was custom made for our home. It fits like a glove and won't rust like the old one. We are extremely pleased that we chose Chase Toppers and would highly recommend them to anyone who has an issue with their chimney!
