Went in to have a consult with the oral surgeon to finally get my implants done. I truly had a great experience there. Dr Stone the oral surgeon there was a delight to say the least. She made me feel so comfortable about the procedure, I was amazed because I can't stand the dentist. After my appointment I knew the really painful part was about to come, the $$$$$. I met with Shannon, again a real delight to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable on everything, pretty much. She was able to answer questions I forgot to ask Dr. Stone and also knew the in and outs of my insurance like I never heard before. I actually understood my dental insurance when I left there! Other places I went to had printed out a paper with a whole bunch of codes on it with a large number at the bottom and then asked me how I wanted to pay for it. Shannon explained everything, to the point I could actually comprehend the whole procedure. Again just a wonderful experience.
