This gym is awesome. I've been coming here for a few months now. It's always clean when I go and the front desk and trainers/instructors are always smiling or looking like they are enjoying their job. I've been to plenty of gyms where this was very clearly not the case. If you don't like to workout when it's crowded I suggest not going between 4-9pm. Either go in the morning or after 9pm.

This studio is so special to me. My mind is a peace, my body is stronger, my heart is full in large part to the practice they have awakened in me. I am especially grateful that after an injury,
