I have bought and sold houses in three states and used multiple realtors. I have never seen a realtor who works harder or is more diligent than Bob Hill. He worked tirelessly to sell an expensive home for us during a tough housing market. Most realtors simply list your house and wait for buyers to appear. Bob lists the property and then actively pursues every possible lead to get your listing sold. He is honest, knowledgeable, and dependable. I can't recommend Alliance Realty and Bob Hill enough.
