I had an automobile accident 25 years ago injuring my lower back. I didnt have any broken bones but the soft tissue in the injured area inflamed and it hardened over the years. This was causing me a mild low level pain but was increasing over time and was intensified during my aerobics class when doing kicks and other movements. The pain would radiate to the left and right sides and would linger for quite some time afterwards. I was concerned about this and my back getting worse over time. I sought out Crossroads Chiropractic. I confirmed that soft tissue problems could be helped and went to see him. Dr Loren Wright worked to relieve this pain. Dr Wright is very good interpersonally. He explains what he finds and what he is doing about it. It turns out that other problems I had involving my hip alignment, a tightened muscle, knees, were related to the back pain and treated. Dr Wright examined my full body and found other problems where I was not feeling pain but may have had mobility limitations and mild discomforts. He adjusted my upper spine, shoulder sockets, and neck. I was very happy with my treatment and would recommend him to anyone. By the way I had an intense aerobic workout yesterday including kicks and other previously problematic movements without experiencing the low back radiating pain as before.
