They never answer the phone. They will have you just standing there if someone is in there. They won't even acknowledge you.

They are not very organized the staff doesn't have knowledge of there inventory they make a lot of hollow promises I have been waiting for a holster clip for my phone for two weeks that I was suppose to have the next day that still hasn't been produced and the irony is It has already been paid for now the director or owner says they don't give money back for accessories all I'm saying is this so far I like the phone but there service is poor if they were a Wendy's there opening would be a grand closing

Mr.Silk at the Victory Blvd store was extremely helpful and patient and helping me find a solution with a problem I was having with my current service provider..Even though I am not a current Metro PCS customer I was so impressed with the care and urgency he provided I have officially changed my mind to become a new customer...Warning to all other service providers there should be more employees like him...Thank You Mr.Silk
