Worst customer service of all time, management was rude and could barely speak english. My mother was trying to make arraingments with them because she couldnt go any more because she had an emergency and they told priceline to tell her to call them. When she called management literally yelled at her and told her pretty much too bad and hung up on her after only a few sentences.

The front desk staff was excellent! My check-in was very quick and easy. When I arrived at my room the was room looked great. The wash cloths and towels were folded so fancy. At night it was so peaceful and quiet. I am not sure why this hotel were getting bad reviews but my experience was delightful.

Affordable price for the room. Customer service is excellent. Peace and quiet. Feels like home. The only thing i had a problem was know the name is changed to Americas Inn & Suites and the phone # has also been changed to 757-295-0151 but i was able to find it . There was 18 wheeler truck parked on the property. So the property is also good for trucker.
