I have always received great customer service there. My entire family has been taking our cars there for years. I only wish that they could do more than just fix collisions or oil changes. I hate going to their dealership in Norfolk to have check-ups and tune-ups done...the people there are smug and not as customer friendly as the Portsmouth Center.

Nathan Barber was the manager that handled my repair. He called regularly to keep me updated. If I ever need repair work on a vehicle again, I will come back.

My Challenger has been in their shop for coming on two weeks. They never call to update me. I have called roughly around 25 times total and only once did I get an update on my vehicle. They dont even have the parts in stock yet to fix it. A receptionist even got an attitude with me because I have called so much. I can't believe that this is the body shop that USAA recommended. If I could go back and do it again I would have taken my car to the dealership. If I had an option I would take my car back now.

This is the 2nd time we've used this shop. The first time they were wonderful, this time..a nightmare. My car has been delayed twice now. They don't verify parts they order are correct. They don't contact you as they should. Lies are starting to ensue. Horrid and will not go back.

After being in an accident for arounnd $10KI needed a lot of work done. The repairs were finished about a week ahead of schedule and the work was first-rate. I received excellent customer service from the repair men to the damage estimator. The employees took the time to explain everything in great detail. I would highly recommend using this repair shop to anyone needing repairs.

If you are in the Chesapeake area and using or working with GEICO, you will be using Rick Hendricks Collision. I had the option to use someone of my choice but GEICO would only give a lifetime guarantee for Rick Hendricks. I was a bit sceptical after reading the reviews posted here. Over all i had a good experience, for a small repair on the left rear quarter panel, it took 8 days. a little over the time given but the job was well done. I was contacted every day with an update until pickup.

I was very pleased with my experience, i was updated through out the repair and the car was delivered looking great and on time.

My GMC SUV was banged up down one side from front to back, bumper to bumper. Colonial had it fixed and finished and looking brand new in three days. It was spotless when I got it back. Everyone was very nice and never kept me waiting. My rental car was waiting for me after the insurance agent varified the information. All in one stop. I didn't have to go all over town to get it taken care of. Colonial Collision is awesome!

Top of the line facility!

I had my car in for repairs. It took over 3 times to get it taken care of - really was not happy with the sub-standard work. Needless to say, I won't ever be having repairs done there again.

I had my 97 Ford Explorer repaired there during week of 8/11 I was fearful about going there. Felt like a monopoly. Since Geico was in same building that also presented fear. All I want was honest quotes, trust and outstanding workmanship. Didnt receive either. As the estimate was $700 dollars ended up $1750 when they finished with a used bumper at that. They called me to say it was ready. Of course got there and I found a bumper sticker and numbers written on bumper, the license plate light dint work and the truck was very dirty. It was clean when it went in..This was the most unattractive bumper Ive seen. It looks twisted .And I asked before I picked it up to the manager will it be clean and reply " yes sir' The other concern I asked , I felt it was knocked out of alignment or balance from the hit in the rear. And of course' Sir we will look at it'. Didnt look at nothing. I will never go there again. and would not recommend them
