Mr. Moody is a very good attorney. He answered all of my questions during my initial consultation and any concern I may have had after that, I was able to call and speak to the paralegal and she would help me understand. I'm sorry but I can not take someone's opinion who does not know the difference between 'higher' and 'hire' or does not know how to make a complete sentence. Everyone is not perfect but Mr. Moody has been practicing law for quite some time so I trust his expert advice. The person who wrote this preview review, obviously was not cooperating with the attorney and did not make themselves available to speak with him about their case. I do not know how anyone could believe anything this anonymous person said because their review is totally unorganized and confusing. Mr. Moody is very busy but his staff at both offices continued to help me until my case was settled and I still get a birthday letter from him every year. I hope this helped someone. Please do not higher this man he is a big liar. He also has an older lady working in his front office in Portsmouth that is aliar and very very rude. This man has.too many client and not enough time to handle his cases. You will do better pursuing a real personal injury lawyer. Just because someobe is on the radio does nor mean they are a good lawyer. I have been calling this man since Wednesday and he has not returned my call but he lies and say he has settled. I called the place and they say he is lying they never told him they were settling. So you decide if you want to deal with him because he is a great talker and big liar.
