Despite a previous review, I have always been able to get both my eyeglass and my contact lens prescription from them at no charge and without harrassment. I simply tell them that they can not beat Sam's Club's prices and they agree and print them out for me and I go on my merry money-saving way. I like everyone that I have dealt with at the office and I have been there twice, 2 years.

They refused to give me all of my prescription information unless I paid for glasses from them. I already paid $150 for a pair of glasses from them and just wanted spare glasses from somewhere else. I think it's ridiculous that they are withholding my medical information just so they can make a profit. I will not go back to them.

Excellent doctors! They are so accommodating and helpful. Great about working around work schedules and understanding when you wait until the last minute to order your next set of contacts! :)
