They called me 1 hr before pickup to tell me that the limo I ordered had been in an accident. All they could offer me was a ford van instead, at only $5 less per hour than the limo would have been. I asked for some kind of deal since this was for a bachelorette party and we did not want the van. He said it would not be worth his time for anything less than the original price. When I said I would be figuring something else out, he was rude to me and told me that I would not be able to find any other limo services, and that taking a cab would be impossible. I could not believe that for leaving me hanging an hour before my party, he would have the gall to rudely tell me good luck finding anything else. I was told I would get my deposit back - only to check my statements and see that they charged me for the deposit and full service. I called my credit card company to take care of this, which they did, and eventually returned my money.

Great limo service, on time, great driver. Would definately refer
