Our company was founded in 2010, and is situated and managed under a single-owner Limited Liability Company (LLC) in Portsmouth, Ohio. It is independently owned and operated by the company’s founder, Lance L. Richardson, Paralegal. The Limited Liability Company (LLC) Articles of Organization are held in the custody of the State of Ohio; and the company’s operating agreement being held in the custody of LR Paralegal Services, LLC. LR Paralegal Services, LLC is secured with personal liability and omissions insurance; we are also recognized by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) as a Tax Professional, and have been authorized to obtain a Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) in order to legitimately prepare income taxes for its clientele. We have been preparing income taxes since 1990.
