Took an older radiator off a forklift and requested a core replacement. He looked at me and asked if I would rather have him clean it up and pressure test so he could determine if the whole core replacement was necessary. He explored every option to save me some money. SO polite and actually knew what he was doing. I am impressed and will sing his praise any chance I can.
