Another year, another flooring project that we ended up giving to Portsmouth Quality Flooring. Our experience a year ago was superb yet we still shopped around only to end up back at Portsmouth Flooring. Their price was slightly higher than the competition, but was still in the bold park. Hands down, we got the most value out of Portsmouth Flooring with higher quality material and an installation that it is in a class of its own, best in town!. Jorge (the owner) was very accommodating - he was confident that we'll be giving him the job and was right to do so. Even after putting an order in, we changed our mind on the design and Jorge and his team pulled off a heroic effort to come over again with more samples on a very tight time constraint. The job was huge: replace tiles, hardwood floors, carpets, etc. I cannot stress enough what a fine job they did and what a difference they made to our house. Best customer service in town, staff was very helpful and knowledgeable, especially Amie she was very helpful and nice. The huge array of hardwood and tile was great, I loved the fact that they had so much to choose from. Just when I needed help they would be right there for me and let me browse at my leisure.
