Mad Moe Corporation is a Portsmouth, N.H., company that sells limited service restaurant franchises. Its brand is the Moe s Italian Sandwiches, an original since 1959. It has sold the franchise to more than a dozen operators in New Hampshire and Maine. Moe s Italian Sandwiches menu features the trademark six-inch, 12-inch and super Italian sandwich. The restaurants also offer signature sandwich varieties that include veggie, turkey, ham, Madmoe, tuna and meatball. Moe s Italian Sandwiches restaurants serve soups and chowders, chips and pie. They also offers smaller versions of the original sandwich called Mini Moe s and sandwiches in party boxes that serve six to eight people.
